- West Malaysia & Klang Valley: Free of charge
- East Malaysia & Singapore: the cost of shipping will be auto-generated based on delivery address during checkout
- Rest of the world: kindly drop us a note and we'll do our best to accomodate
- West Malaysia & Klang Valley: within 1 to 2 days
- East Malaysia & Singapore: within 2 to 3 days
- Rest of the world: you'll be advised depending on your destination
Please note that the pickup of your order is available at PANTOUM HQ. Kindly notify us at hello@pantoum.co when finalizing your order. The orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
For any return, please email hello@pantoum.co with your order number, item bought, and reason of returns. Returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
